Shipping & Delivery:
At Adhunik Bags, we understand how important it is to receive your products safely and on time.
- We usually ship the products within 2 working days after receiving the order and aim to deliver them within a week.
- We send all packages via reputed couriers such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.
Standard Shipping Charges at Adhunik Bags:
- We provide free delivery across India.
Additional shipping charge will be applied for international delivery.
Return/Exchange Policy:
- We take great care to check each and every piece before packing and shipping them to you, so that you don’t have to worry about anything. Therefore, we do not offer returns/exchanges.
- However, we understand that there may be instances where products can be damaged during transit.
Damaged Items:
- Any issues related to defects or damages must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the items. Otherwise, they will not be entertained.
- Please share an unedited opening video of the product via email at adhunikent01@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9990884287 . Our support team will assist you in resolving your concern, and the products can be returned/exchanged depending on product availability and customer requirements.
- Items damaged during transit must bear the original tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation before Shipment:
- If the order or the items you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at adhunikent01@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9990884287 (Mon-Sat 11 AM-6:00 PM).
- In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after the cancellation.
